Welcome to Futures Sports
The
Futures Sports Hockey Camps celebrate their 17th anniversary in 2009.
Over the years the camps have built up a reputation of being one of the
best in the UK and has been involved in a number of England Hockey and
International Hockey Federation (FIH) programmes. For example in 2005
over 160 campers completed their Young Umpire Award as part of Year of
the Umpire
Students come to our camps from all over the world - recently we welcomed young players from Canada, Belgium, Germany, Hong Kong, Sweden, and Thailand.
Hockey Camps for All Abilities
The camps are for girls and boys aged 10 to 16. We run intermediate, advanced, elite and goalkeeper groups. All our staff are fully trained, CRB checked and have appropriate welfare, first air and coaching qualifications. Whilst the week long programme of hockey activities is fairly demanding our overriding aim is for everyone to have as much FUN as possible.
In
addition Futures provides the opportunity for students aged 17+ to gain
the England Hockey Level 1 VRQ Coaching Assistant Award, available as
usual under the expert guidance of England Hockey Tutors. Full details

Whilst we call our events "camps" we don't sleep under canvas. All our students are housed in purpose built accommodation units many with en-suite facilities.
